The NYS Education Department Commissioner's Regulations for School Health Services [Section 136 CR 136.3] requires new students and students entering pre-k, kindergarten and grades 1,3,5 and 7 to have a current health certificate on file. Note: Forms are to be sent directly to the public school district - NOT returned to the St. Christopher School office.
